In a comfortable and supportive atmosphere, I offer a culturally and socially appropriate therapeutic approach tailored to my clients experiences to help attain the life balance they’re striving for that can be
integrated into their daily lives. I view myself as a manufacturer of hope and healing. I provide clients with a culturally competent, holistic, and wellness focused services that promote
transformative healing through transformative change by optimizing a client centered approach that
utilizes knowledge, early intervention, open communication, increased awareness, and minimizing
stigma in a nurturing space that is safe, confidential, and professional.

I use several healing interventions, including Somatic Experiencing Psychotherapy (SE), EMDR, and the Flash Technique, while focusing on guided imagery and traditional psychotherapy techniques, to help you discover and regain the balance and healing you deserve.
